We process personal data exclusively within the framework of legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act). Below we inform you about the scope and purpose of data processing on this website.
3. Visiting our website (server log files)
When you access our website, the following information is automatically stored in server log files:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address, anonymised)
- Time of the server request
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free and secure website operation). This data is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
4. Contact form & email contact
If you contact us via the contact form or email, your information (incl. company name, name, email, phone, selected industry and area of interest, message) is stored to process your inquiry and for follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
Storage duration: until the purpose ceases, at most the statutory retention periods (generally 7 years for business-relevant inquiries).
5. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies essential for the operation of the website (e.g. session management). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
6. External services
6.1 Fonts (self-hosted)
Fonts (Montserrat, Inter) are served from our own server. No data is transmitted to third parties (such as Google Fonts).
6.2 Google Maps (2-click solution)
On our contact page we offer a map via Google Maps. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the EEA), or Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
The map is not loaded by default. When you first visit the contact page no data is transmitted to Google, instead you see a local placeholder. Only after an active click on the "Load map" button is the map embedded. By clicking you give your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR to the data being transmitted to Google.
Once the map is activated, the data transmitted includes in particular your IP address, device and browser information as well as further data collected by Google. Transmission to third countries (especially the USA) is possible. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 6.3 Social media links
Our website contains links to LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click the link. The privacy policies of the platforms are available directly there.
7. Email delivery (SMTP)
Sending of contact-form messages is performed via SMTP through our hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd. The privacy policies of the hosting provider apply additionally.
